ITG Consulting is based in central Texas, however the company can provide services to clients located anywhere in the USA, Canada, the UK and other European Union countries. The company’s President and principal consultant, Ian Gill, has over 40 years of IT industry experience, with over 35 years in the consulting/professional services arena. Prior to forming ITG Consulting, Ian was a Principal in StorageTek’s Professional Services group for almost 10 years, where, as the company’s designated subject matter expert on both mainframe-based ILM solutions & compliance solutions for all platforms, he worked with a wide range of clients in the US & Canada on storage strategy, architecture and hands-on solution deployment. For a significant period, Ian was the Canadian Consulting Manager for Infodata Systems, where he worked with numerous clients in developing and implementing solutions related to document management, full-text indexing & search technology, electronic publishing, imaging & workflow. Ian has authored several white papers & articles for the industry press and has a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology. |
